Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your social simple purchase you may be eligible for a refund.

To apply for a refund,  please send proof of date of purchase and statement as to why you are canceling, via email, to refund@social-simple.com. Social-Simple will refund your purchase, less the costs of courses you have taken within thirty (30) days of receipt of notice to cancel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Social-Simple Cancellation Policy is thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return request is received, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your request with the anticipated refund. We will also notify you of the approval – or rejection – of your refund.

If you don’t received a refund after 10 working days, check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, especially on credit card accounts. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within thirty (30) days of receipt of notice to cancel, please contact us via e-mail.
